Arun has a strong technical background and is an expert in Java/J2EE, C++, Middleware technologies, and cloud infrastructure, with performance engineering as his forte. Throughout his career, Arun has demonstrated expertise in building and expanding businesses from ideation, designing new products and services that increase developer productivity and reduce infrastructure costs for organizations. He has previously worked as a System Development Manager at Amazon, where he was responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of the back-end services supporting the e-commerce website. Additionally, he has also served as a Manager III for Support Engineering, where he led a team of support engineers that resolved issues for various development teams and services in the TRMS organization. Arun holds a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from Western Illinois University, which he completed in 2003.
