Arun Jodalli is a Senior Manager of Engineering Software at HARMAN International India Pvt. Ltd. with over 18 years of relevant experience. He has been leading a team of 70 professionals as an SW Project Lead for an Infotainment program for SW development for European OE customers for the last 3 years. Arun is responsible for handling requirements analysis, scoping the project, execution, and delivery of software solutions for Infotainment units. He has expertise in feature planning, build and release management, and delivery of software in line with customer milestones. Arun is the single point contact for SW topics for customers and responsible for integration strategy and review the CCB. Arun has excellent coordination skills, liaising with internal departments like development, production, testing, purchasing, sales, and quality management to achieve timely deliveries. He has a good understanding of the development process, Feature Roll out Plan (FROP), HLF, and overall software development, integration, test, and release process in HARMAN. Arun has worked closely with Lead CPM in Bangalore to track the progress of the project and report out to OEM customers. He has attended customer meetings, steering committee as a representative of the IDC team in India. Arun has worked as a Resident for Infotainment System at Scania for New Generation Scania truck. He was responsible for program delivery and customer management at Scania. He has a good understanding of the development process, Feature Roll out Plan (FROP), HLF, and overall software development, integration, test, and release process in HARMAN. Arun has worked with customers and program teams to triage incoming requests, issues and disperse them promptly to the appropriate development teams. Arun has completed his Master's degree in Microelectronics and Control Systems from the NMAM Institute of Technology (NMAMIT) in 2005. He has a good understanding of the automotive infotainment domain and is proficient in test, integration, and software engineering. Arun has excellent communication skills and is a team player.
