Arun Joseph is the Head of Autonomy at Fox Robotics, where he leads the Autonomy and Machine Learning teams. He is responsible for building the bleeding edge perception and navigation stacks for warehouse AMRs. Arun's team has solved what is considered by many experts to be the holy grail of warehouse automation problems, making Fox Robotics the market leader and gold standard in automated trailer unloading. Arun has a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors (B.E. Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He also has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at UC San Diego, where he taught courses on Machine Learning and Recommender Systems. Prior to joining Fox Robotics, Arun worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Brain Corp. He has over 4.70 years of relevant experience in the field of ML. Arun's technical expertise lies in machine learning, and he has a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the industry. He has a proven track record of successfully deploying robots at new sites within the first day, with a personal record of 47 minutes.
