Arun Kumar is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with over 11 years of experience in the field. Currently working with BU Soft Tech as a Senior Software Development Engineer, he is responsible for producing detailed specifications, writing programmatic codes, and ensuring familiarity with software development methodologies and release processes. Arun's expertise lies in developing software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycle. He has a strong background in dotNET and has worked extensively in the field. Prior to his current role, Arun worked with Agaram InfoTech Private Limited as a Software Engineer. There, he was responsible for integrating corporate-wide manufacturing, design, and service solutions. He developed and designed several .NET reporting applications to provide industrial engineers with part and tooling information. He also developed a comprehensive .NET desktop application to assist industrial engineers in developing assembly sequences and man assignments. He participated in the implementation of new manufacturing applications by integrating data intelligence into existing systems using VB.NET, IBM DB2, and Oracle databases. Arun worked closely with end-users throughout the requirements gathering and testing stages of the software development life cycle. He provided internal clients with training and documentation to summarize application methodologies and best practices. Arun holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Muthayammal Engineering College. He completed his twelfth standard from Sri Vijay Vidhyalaya Matric H.S.S with Mathematics and Biology as his field of study.
