Arun Muraleedharan is a self-driving racing engineer with TII Euro Racing, currently working as a Senior Researcher at Technology Innovation Institute. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Arun has a strong background in robotics and engineering. He started his career as a Robotics Software Systems Intern at Rapyuta Robotics, a company focused on developing a range of warehouse robotics technologies. During his time there, he worked on motion control for upcoming product lines, developing fast model predictive control solutions for navigation of heavy warehouse products. Following this, Arun worked as a Robotics Researcher at Onclouds Inc., a company working on cloud robotics solutions. Here, he primarily worked on developing a multi-robot simulation environment that enabled quick and scalable testing of their cloud robotics solutions. Arun holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from Nagoya University, where he focused on his research in the field of self-driving racing. He also holds a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from the same university, as well as a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut. In terms of technical skills, Arun is a Research Scientist with experience in testing and development. He is highly skilled in areas such as self-driving racing, motion control, and model predictive control solutions.
