Arun is currently working as a Product Delivery Lead at Maersk Global Service Centres, where he is creating a scalable, robust, and custom MDM solution for Maersk. He is managing an existing legacy commercial MDM offering and planning and promoting switching to the new offering to dependent systems. Arun is also developing services to enhance data quality, reliability, and availability. He strategizes with the business on roadmap and development and deployment plans. In his previous roles, Arun has worked as an Associate Director at Riversand, where he led geographically distributed teams of engineers and business analysts to develop the Master Data Management framework and custom implementation for customers. He ensured consistent and timely delivery of hotfixes and feature packs while driving good application design, scalability, development velocity, predictability, and quality. Arun has also worked as a Development Manager at Riversand, where he defined and designed Master Data Management product's functions and features, estimated effort, time, and cost, managed and mentored the engineering team, and delivered requirements within timelines. Arun is proficient in the .NET framework, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, C#, XML, SQL, Atlassian Tools (Jira, Bamboo, Confluence), and Agile methodologies. He has a strong background in product strategy, development, and integration, requirement gathering, and technical specification.
