Arun Prasad is a highly skilled Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle with over 11 years of relevant experience in software engineering, web development, mobile development, and testing. Currently, he is working as an IT Intern at Madras Atomic Power Station, where he is responsible for the development of an online examination system for the nuclear training center. Arun has created two modules for the system, Trainee Module and Training Official Module, and incorporated all the necessary features to conduct exams smoothly, including a timer. He has used PHP and MySQL to manage things at the backend and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to manage client-side requirements. In addition to this, Arun has also developed an online information management system for the nuclear training center. The old system, written in ASP, did not fulfill all the requirements, so he created an entirely new system in PHP that accounted for the shortcomings. He used Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) queries to access and modify the database. Before joining Madras Atomic Power Station, Arun worked as an IT Intern at INSEAD, where he developed, maintained, and tested collaborative web and mobile applications based on Microsoft SharePoint. He developed three web parts, one each in SharePoint 2003, 2007, and 2010 using C#, maintained SharePoint web applications, INSEAD Connect & Interact Platform, and tested many custom web parts in SharePoint 2010 and also tested mobile apps of INSEAD. Arun holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree in Computer Science Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, where he studied from 2008 to 2012. He also completed AISSCE (XII), CBSE from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2008. Arun is proficient in various technologies and has a strong technical stack. He is a dedicated and hardworking individual who is always eager to learn and grow in his career.
