Arun Radhakrishnan is a highly experienced software Quality Assurance (QA) professional with over 15 years of experience. Currently, he serves as the Quality Assurance Manager at Gartner, where he is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of benefit plans testing through the Test Center of Excellence. Arun is a passionate and dedicated individual who is always looking for new and challenging technical QA assignments. Prior to joining Gartner, Arun worked as a Senior Associate at Cognizant, where he managed and led a team of 30+ associates in a hybrid delivery model (Agile + Waterfall) and monitored SLAs by metrics for Defect Rejection Rate, Test design Productivity, and Defect Removal Efficiency. He also acted as an SME for other allied teams and supported the delivery process for the entire account, which had over 200+ associates across the globe and a contract volume of $10M. Arun implemented Quality Gating practices and defined process improvements for better quality traction, as well as innovative test automation practices that decreased overall turnaround time. He was responsible for defining the role-based training strategy, training and deploying newly onboarded associates, and executing, tracking, monitoring, and reporting the testing progress to executive management. In addition, Arun also worked as a Senior QA Engineer at McAfee, where he was responsible for performance testing of all McAfee Internet Security Products using Microsoft Velocity. He analyzed and reported performance bottlenecks due to platform changes dynamically (e.g., Windows Hotfixes/Releases), performed static code checks, identified, isolated, analyzed, reported, and closed the performance bottlenecks in the antivirus engines. Arun holds an MBA in International Business from Edith Cowan University and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology. He is skilled in QA, test, Selenium, and SDET, and has relevant experience of 14.69 years. Arun is an excellent communicator and team player who is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of his projects.
