Arun Reddy is a tech leader with over 18 years of experience in the field of technology infrastructure, specializing in designing, building, and testing infrastructure and cloud infrastructure-focused solutions aligned to business requirements through DevOps, SRE, service operations, service management procedures, and ITIL aligned processes. He has worked in various industries such as technology, fintech, internet, airline, hospitality, and telecom. Arun is certified in ITIL V3 Foundation, DevOps Foundation Certification, RedHat Certified Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering by Google, and Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. He is primarily focused on IT strategy, IT governance, service excellence, operational stability, DR-BCP planning, SLI/SLO/SLA management, CI/CD, org change management, design thinking, business unit management, cost center management, talent management, hiring, and mentoring. Arun has experience working with cloud deployments like AWS and GCP, monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, Sensu, Prometheus, Zabbix, Nagios, Solarwinds, etc., dashboards and data insight tools like Graphana, and ELK. He is also experienced in orchestration and automation tools like Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins, and Rundeck. Arun has programming and scripting skills in Shell and Python. Currently, Arun is a Founding Member of the executive council network (ecn), where he provides strategic direction and management coverage encompassing service management, operations, monitoring, and management for Sabre’s products and services. He has successfully led a command center insource from a 3rd party service provider, involved in hiring, setting up 24x7 shift coverage, defining future-state processes, and executing the transition. He has also led service owner teams for managing and maintaining platforms for Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) with 99.99% uptime for over 24 months. In the past, Arun has worked as the Head of Delivery & Operations at Nuvepro and as a Senior Manager Systems Planning and Management at Sabre. At Nuvepro, he was responsible for developing and managing the overall service delivery strategy and operations. At Sabre, he provided strategic direction and management coverage encompassing service management, operations, monitoring, and management for Sabre’s products and services.
