Arun Srinivasan is an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in software development and project management. With over 9 years of experience, he has developed a deep understanding of the business and technical aspects of software development. Arun has extensive experience in product implementation using Event-driven and Microservice architecture in AWS and GCP. He has hands-on experience in Vert.X, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Elastic Search, Apache Kafka & Redis. He has also worked on Full Stack development using Java/JEE, Node.js, Express.js, Angular, React JS, and Hybrid Mobile App implementation using Cordova/Ionic. Currently, Arun is working as an Engineering Manager at Flipkart, where he is responsible for driving engineering excellence by improving processes around DevOps and Agile. He has worked on a CI/CD DevOps Portal on SAP, Azure, and AWS Cloud Platforms, IoT projects of DigiPet and PharmaTrack, and Dynamic Case Management Platform. Prior to Flipkart, Arun worked as an Engineering Manager at BetterPlace, where he implemented a SaaS Platform with Onboard, Verify, Attend & Identity products, integration of Platform 2.0 with Hire, Payroll, and other B2B products of BetterPlace, and migration of strategic clients into the next-gen Platform 2.0. He has also worked as an Application Team Lead at Unisys, where he was the Technical Lead for Airsewa 1.0 - An Indian Govt. Civil Aviation Ministry initiative to develop a portal and PWA to register the passengers' grievance in the Airline Industry across India. Arun holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and completed his high school education at SKV Higher Secondary School. He is a quick learner and is always eager to explore new technologies.
