Arun Thomas is a highly experienced entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in Consumer Internet. He is the Founder of Bikes4Sale, which is India's First Bike Portal. Arun conceptualized and launched the first classifieds website for motorcycles in India and used social media to successfully promote the website, much before 'social media marketing' became a buzz word, thereby keeping the marketing spend low from the start while getting good traffic. Arun is a strong advocate of Usability and Automation in Product Design. Currently, he is the Founder of carz4sale and has demonstrated skills in Product Management and hands-on experience in running a lean profitable bootstrapped startup. Arun has also handled product management, sales, strategic partnerships, digital marketing, and other miscellaneous day-to-day activities of the company. Before starting Bikes4Sale, Arun worked as a Software Engineer at Supportsoft and was an early adopter of jQuery and jQuery UI. He worked on Web Technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, XSL, Asp.net, VBScript, C#, etc. Arun holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Model Engineering College, Cochin, and a Bachelor of Technology from Model Engineering College, Thrikkakkara.
