With almost 20 years of relevant experience in the tech industry, Arun has a deep understanding of various technologies and their applications. He is interested in working with technologies such as Microservices, Spring boot, Mongo, Elastic, Big Query, Google cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, ReactJS, and Data Science. Arun has worked with several companies in the past, including ServiceNow, where he served as Sr Director, Software Engineering Management, and Director Application Development. At ServiceNow, Arun was responsible for building and setting up teams, developing new products, and launching them in the market. He led the team that developed products in the Finance & Spend space, including Financial close automation, Reconciliation hub, Procurement automation & receipts, Shopping hub, and Finance automation library. He also built and shipped a slew of new products through ITBM, which resulted in a 30x increase in BU revenue. Arun has a strong educational background, having earned a Master of Computer Applications degree from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, a PGDSCM in Supply Chain Management from ICFAI, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from the University of Kerala. Arun's tech stack includes ReactJS, Kubernetes, Docker, Data Scientist, MongoDB, Spring Boot, Spring, and Microservices.
