Prior to joining FullContact, Arunanand served as the Head of Human Resources at Profoundis Labs Pvt Ltd, where he led the HR department through the acquisition of the company by FullContact. Before that, he worked as a Member Technical Staff at Oracle, Bangalore, in their Server Technology department, specifically in the Oracle Private Cloud team as a developer. Arunanand is experienced in Python, SQL, and Shell scripting. Arunanand is a people eccentric and is passionate about people, organizational development, algorithms, and numbers. He has a keen interest in using data analytics to drive HR decisions and is a certified 'Distinguished Human Resource Analytics Professional.' In addition to his technical skills, Arunanand is a skilled communicator and leader, with a proven track record of transforming HR departments and creating a positive work culture. Arunanand's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering and a Higher Secondary (Plus Two) degree in Computer Science from Sahodaran Memorial Higher Secondary School, Cherai. He also holds a School Leaving Certificate Examination (Matriculation) from Bhagavathy Vilasam High School, Nayarambalam.
