Arunima Ghosh is a Founding Engineer and Member of Technical Staff at Glean, a company that is building a Search Engine for Work. She is currently leading the QA efforts in the company and has built the QA team from scratch, growing it to 15 members. Arunima is responsible for quality assurance and end-to-end testing, managing the QAE team, setting quarterly goals for the product, hiring, and continuously evolving and improving testing methodologies used. Arunima has over 10 years of relevant experience, which includes working as a Senior Software Quality Engineer in an Agile environment as a Cloud Storage expert and Test Lead, as well as a Python Automation Engineer. She is a certified Scrum Master and has been actively involved in managing Scrum teams in accordance with Agile methodologies. Arunima has experience working on Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and is proficient in using various tools for design, testing, test reports, bug tracking, and code review. She has extensive knowledge of data sources such as Salesforce, O365 Suite, Slack, Zendesk, Service now, Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket), Quip, Airtable, and Coda. Arunima has also worked with Cloud Service Products such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. In her previous roles, Arunima worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Rubrik, where she was responsible for complete functional testing to verify virtualization platforms on the product, working on UI, CLI, as well as REST-based call testing. She also worked at Oracle as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where she was responsible for working on functional and system testing to verify different features, leading all regression testing and build deployment testing efforts, and responsible for constant enhancement and integration of features as part of the regression suite. Arunima holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology. She is proficient in QA, testing, Software Engineering, AWS, Search, Azure, product design, Python, GCP, UI, Computer Vision, and Integration.
