Arunkumar Halebid is a seasoned Solution Architect with over 24 years of experience in the telecom industry. He is currently working as a System Architect at Nokia, where he is responsible for the RAN Intelligent Controller product evolution, business-centric use case analysis, and feature proposals. Arunkumar is an expert in ORAN - RIC Business Cases, Product Management, Product Specifications, Pre-Sales, and Operational Leadership. Arunkumar has extensive experience in leading AI/ML-based business drivers for the Nokia RIC product. He has also generated ORAN business cases, proposed solutions, and conducted service provider trials/PoCs. He has a strong techno-managerial background and has worked on presales and solution architecture drives, collaborating with sales, architecture, development, integration, and customer stakeholders. As a Product Owner, Arunkumar has shaped RNC L2 Technical area and a Radio Cloud Platform product in Nokia. He is a catalyst for driving change and transformation while providing thought leadership, creating purpose-driven teams, and sourcing and managing programs and projects. Arunkumar has a strong background in SW Development, FCAPS Telecom Network Management, and Network Element PM Applications. He is SAFE Certified PM, Certified Scrum Master, Nokia Master Class PM, and Nokia Transformation Coach. Arunkumar has worked for Nokia in various capacities, including Product Specifications Engineer and Product Manager, Cloud RAN and Edge Cloud Platform. He has also been involved in innovation and IPR generation activities in the ORAN RIC space, collaborating with the 5G Systems Engineering and Bell Labs RAN Security Research organization in Nokia. Arunkumar has a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from Mysore University and has completed a workshop in Developing Executive Entrepreneurship in corporate career at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
