Arup Sarkar is an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Engineering at KiiT University with over 10 years of teaching experience in the field of computer science and information technology. He also has one year of industry experience in telecom management. Arup has taught various subjects in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in different universities such as Kurukshetra University, DIT University Dehradun, and KIIT University Bhubaneswar. His subjects include Data Structures and Algorithms, Database Management System, SQL, Programming in C, Object-Oriented System Design, Software Testing, Compiler Design, Advanced Database, IOT, Computer Networks, and Linux. For the past two years, Arup has been researching blockchain technology, with a focus on its application in healthcare. He has a strong foundation in blockchain technology, different types of blockchain, Solidity programming language, Ethereum, Hyperledger, Geth, Ganache, and Truffle. Currently, Arup is an Assistant Professor at KIIT University, where he is involved in teaching, research, and administration. Previously, he worked as an Assistant Professor at DIT University and Yamuna Institute of Engineering & Technology. Arup holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from KIIT University, which he is pursuing and is expected to complete in 2022. He also has a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. Arup's technical skills include Blockchain, Research Scientist, SQL, Solidity, Truffle, Test, and C. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Arup is a highly knowledgeable and skilled professional in the field of computer science and information technology.
