Arushi Jain is a final year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Delhi. She is a Software Engineer Intern at Atlassian, working towards gaining hands-on experience and developing her skills in the field. Arushi has an impressive track record in leadership and has previously served as the Women in Engineering (WIE) Chair at IEEE NIT Delhi. In this role, she was responsible for organizing various events and workshops to encourage and empower women in the field of engineering. Arushi has also worked as a Research Intern at the National Institute of Technology Delhi, where she was involved in a project titled "Integration of Renewable Energy Sources". Her work involved designing a simulink model of MPPT and PMSG based wind turbines, which determines how the output voltage at load varies with a change in wind speed. Additionally, she designed an MPPT based photo voltaic model to determine the change in output voltage at the load with variation in radiation from sunlight. Arushi is currently working on combining these two systems to generate electricity. Arushi's technical expertise includes software engineering, research, and integration. She has a strong grasp of the fundamentals of electrical and electronics engineering and is keen on exploring new technologies and tools to enhance her skills. With relevant experience of 0.85 years, Arushi is a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the field of engineering. She is always eager to learn and grow, and is committed to pursuing a fulfilling career in the industry.
