Arushi Jain is an ambitious and accomplished individual with a passion for Machine Learning, Data Science, and Economics. She is currently pursuing an MBAn'23 degree at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management and working as a Graduate Research Assistant at MIT's Operations Research Center. In this role, she collaborates with AB InBev on Synthetic Control Methods, demonstrating her expertise in research and data analysis. Arushi has a solid background in Full Stack development and Machine Learning analysis, having worked for two years at Goldman Sachs. She has experience building end-to-end models from PoC to scalable and resilient production systems in accordance with SRE principles. Her focus has been on Natural Language Processing and Statistical Modelling based solutions for in-house Goldman Sachs applications to maintain the sanity of their production environment. She has designed and implemented an end-to-end ML-based Log Mining solution to automate the root cause analysis of application failures using Bi-directional LSTMs, Text Clustering, and Random Forests. She has also used Statistical Modelling to identify unhappy callers for GS Technology Helpdesk in real-time, thus improving caller satisfaction. Arushi graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore (IITI) as an Institute Silver Medalist in the Computer Science and Engineering Class of 2020. For her B. Tech. thesis, she worked in the domain of 3D biometrics using Deep Learning and Computer Vision. Besides Machine Learning and Data Science, she is also interested in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics and holds a Minor in Humanities and Social Sciences. Her technical skills include Research Scientist, ML, SRE, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, NLP, Data Scientist, infra, and Text Classification. Arushi has a relevant experience of 1.43 years.
