Arvind Sharma is an experienced Agile expert with over 8 years of experience in the tech industry. He has worked in various roles from being a team player to a team lead, and has also played the role of Scrum Master. Arvind has worked for Cognizant Business Consulting in techno-consulting roles and as a QA Lead on AWS server-less architecture to build a system that manages a business of $700M in S&P Global Platts. He has also worked with more than 50 business users and consultants to successfully incorporate Active Directory migration. Arvind is currently working as a Lead Consultant at Magic Software, where he strategized migration to Azure cloud organization-wide for 3000 employees. He is skilled in product management, program management, and business development. Arvind seeks to leverage his skill set to add value to organizations in technology consulting, general management, project management, and business development roles. Apart from his professional skills, Arvind has a passion for acting and has won a few prizes in movie spoofs and skit competitions. He also loves to teach underprivileged and orphaned children, which is why he is always connected with Outreach and Udaayan Home Care. Arvind is currently pursuing an MBA/MS in Business Analytics from the University of Maryland, with an expected graduation date of 2022.
