Arvind Kumar is a seasoned QA Architect/Manager/Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience in software testing, automation, and manual testing. He has a strong background in E2E testing, system architecture analytical abilities, and managing geographically distributed teams in India, Australia, and the Philippines. Arvind is passionate about driving and leading R&D Quality & Automation methodologies, planning, designing, and implementing the strategy of both manual testing approach and automated infrastructure solutions. Arvind has created and implemented Test Development Framework from scratch for UI and API Automation, and has experience in all phases of software development from planning to release. He is experienced in cloud and DevOps environments, and has worked with AWS. Arvind has also managed release management/QA processes and teams, and has mentored and managed geographically distributed teams. Arvind has experience in intranet, digital workplace, and various bespoke projects. He has also been involved in talent acquisition and resourcing, team building, leadership, mentoring, and training. He is experienced in AGILE practices and project management, including project initiation, test effort estimation, risk identification-analysis-mitigation, status reporting, stakeholder management, task assignment, scheduling, and tracking. Arvind's tech stack includes test, QA, Senior Software Engineer, AWS, Python, DevOps, CI/CD, UI, Software Engineer, infra, Selenium, Research Scientist, Docker, Jenkins, and product manager. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharath University. Currently, Arvind is working as a Senior QA Architect at GreenOrbit (formerly Effective Digital Pvt. Ltd.), where he continues to leverage his experience in software testing, automation, and manual testing to drive and lead R&D Quality & Automation methodologies.
