Arvind N. is a passionate and technical engineering leader with over 8 years of experience in AWS, Fullstack, and System Design. He has a sound record of solution-based critical thinking and positive results. Arvind is known for using his technical abilities to encourage and guide team members to design, develop, and implement innovative engineering products. Currently, he is working as a Sr. Associate Manager - IT Solutions at Eli Lilly and Company, where he is responsible for Microservices, Associate Solution Architect, AWS, Platform Migrations, and Technical Leadership. Arvind has also worked as a Software Engineering Analyst at Koch Technology Center, where he managed a large portfolio of legacy apps and modernized them one at a time to Serverless. He has also organized Code and Collab series of knowledge sharing events for developers in the company. Arvind's passion for sharing knowledge and teaching led him to work as an AWS Mentor at the Institute in Bangalore/Online Classes. There, he taught and mentored 14 students for the AWS Developer Associate exam with a 100% success rate in students getting certified. He gained a lot of wonderful experiences and qualities as a mentor. Arvind holds a B. Tech. in Computer Science Engineering from Punjab Technical University and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Rayat and Bahra University. He has a diverse TechStack, including AWS, Javascript, Senior Software Engineer, Microservices, NodeJS, SQL, DevOps, Postgres, Puppet, Terraform, Web, Software Engineer, dotNET, ReactJS, Jenkins, Salesforce, Integration, infra, CI/CD, ASP.NET, and ETL.
