Arvind Sekar is a highly focused and accomplished Partnerships and Presales Leader with over a decade of experience in the SaaS industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Solutions Engineering at Freshworks, a Saas-based product company for customer and employee engagement, Arvind is responsible for building high-performing partnerships solutions engineering teams. He closely works with Channel Leaders, across the said regions, to strategize and achieve sales targets, profiling partners, positioning and pitching Freshworks' products, solutioning and providing complete guidance to these partners to achieve their sales targets. Arvind has also established executive-level connect with strategic alliances and partners to present the vision and make the partnership successful for both parties. Prior to Freshworks, Arvind served as Lead - Partner Sales Engineer at Freshworks and Technical Sales Specialist - Senior at PTC. He was responsible for technical selling of PTC's product portfolio that includes Product Lifecycle Management, Industrial IoT, and Analytics for SMB, MM, and Enterprise customers in India region. Arvind has managed large and mid-market accounts and acted as a trusted advisor to direct customers that include large OEMs in different industry verticals such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Heavy Machinery, Electronics, etc., for their Digital Transformation projects through proper adoption of PTC's technologies.
