Aryan Varshney is a highly ambitious and skilled Software Development Engineer at Amazon. Aryan is passionate about computer and data science and enjoys tackling challenging problems. He is always eager to learn about new technologies and explore innovative ways to solve complex issues. At Nordstrom, he worked on the Analytical Profile team, where he created and maintained data pipelines between various customer-facing teams and data analytics and storage teams. He also developed scripts to check databases for missing or invalid data, using Airflow for scheduling, New Relic for alerting, and Python/SQL for code logic. Additionally, Aryan developed an HR tool that uses an event-driven system to apply employee changes to both regular databases and data analytics databases. During his internship at 604 Labs, Aryan worked on developing software to convert electrical products in the house into a smart home system using Arduinos. He also worked on a full-stack team to develop web application features that allow users to connect their home electronics and build their own IoT capabilities with a real-time database. He utilized Backbone.js and Firebase's serverless framework to accomplish these tasks. Aryan's technical expertise includes software engineering, SQL, New Relic, data science, Apache Airflow, Python, Javascript, and web development.
