Aseem Kumar is a values-driven professional with a passion for creating lasting impact and transformations. He is currently an Impact Scholar and Fellow at Global Governance Initiative (GGI), where he is part of a 3-month invite-only network-based upskilling leadership program for current undergrads and deferred admits. Aseem is a polymath who believes in CSR aligned with SDGs and is a creator of empowered teams. He has a strong interest in data visualization, geopolitics, history, and is a knowledge sponge. Aseem has 4.35 years of relevant experience, including his role as a Senior Manager at Eunimart, where he created the end-to-end operating structure of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) without spending any money. He also modified Zoho CRM <> Marketing Hub combo for ABM, saving $6000 potential expenditure on a separate ABM system. Aseem has excellent working knowledge of supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, and omnichannel domains. Aseem is a graduate of IIT (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. He also holds a Young India Fellowship - Post Graduate Diploma from Ashoka University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian School of Business (ISB). Aseem has also completed the HBX Credential of Readiness from HBX | Harvard Business School. Aseem's tech stack includes product management, and he has worked as an organizing team member for UNLEASH - Innovation Lab for SDGs. He organized digital hacks with 39 highly talented participants from 11 countries, focusing on Singapore's plastic waste problem, and mentored teams throughout various hackathon problem framing stages. Aseem is a fun person to work with, and his values of courage, responsibility, resilience, people-centricity, and fairness make him an asset to any team. He is a bookworm, traveler/explorer, and has a keen interest in creating lasting impact aligned with SDGs.
