Aseem Sarvapriya is an upcoming MS in Technology Management student at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, with a strong belief that "Data is the new oil". He is passionate about broadening his skills with new techniques alongside his technical and managerial capability to drive associations with an approach emphasizing innovation, technology, and experience. With almost three years of experience as a Software Engineer at Amadeus Labs, Aseem has worked on Python for delivering static reports through in-house performance metrics and mining data patterns for business optimization. He has also monitored and investigated post-production issues by providing solutions to technical and functional issues of multiple clients from the travel industry, including major airlines and travel agencies. Aseem has also worked on optimizing multiple processes by automating manual tasks, contributing to quicker resolution of customer issues. As an intern at Amadeus, Aseem developed a full-stack web application using Flask, which served as a REST API with JavaScript as the frontend. This tool automated initial manual steps taken by a developer to investigate the issue, accelerating the investigation process by saving around 30 minutes of a developer per issue. He extended this tool to other level support teams as well, which improved their efficiency. Aseem has also worked as an organizer at Gravitas Vit, where he honed his leadership skills and developed a strong sense of responsibility. He has completed his Bachelor's in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology and Senior Secondary education from Jesus and Mary Academy, with a focus on PCM. Aseem's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Python, JavaScript, Flask, Frontend, and Web. With almost three years of relevant experience, Aseem is excited to broaden his skill set and contribute to the industry's growth.
