Asesh Datta is an experienced Center Director with a diverse background in the Insurance and Software industries. With over 39 years of relevant experience, he is skilled in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Production Planning, and Product Development. Datta holds a PGDIE from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering, where he focused on Operations Research, Statistics, and Facilities Planning. He also has a PG Diploma in Industrial Engineering and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Additionally, Datta completed his Higher Secondary education in Science from Rama Krishna Mission Vidyapith, Purulia, WB, India. Currently, Datta serves as the Center Director at etechguys software training institute, where he is responsible for the entire operation, including student admission, faculty hiring, infrastructure, new course addition, additional businesses like corporate training, facility offloading, branch creation, and top-line sales. Prior to this, Datta served as the Head Management & Technical Consultant at Vinar Systems India Limited, where he implemented ISO 9001 systems, introduced production improvement, MIS, planning systems, and helped manage plant operations, production improvement, and quality control. He also worked on modernizing the plant within budgeted costs and schedules, improving manufacturing processes, and responding to higher production demands while ensuring minimum customer complaints. Datta has also worked as the Head of Manufacturing at United Jute Processors P Ltd, where he managed the manufacturing of jute processing for packaging products meant for exports. In addition to his extensive industry experience, Datta is a trained Tata AIA Life Planner and Tata AIG Insurance Proposer. He has a strong tech stack, including skills as a Software Engineer and in infrastructure.
