Asha Ashok is an entrepreneurial-driven individual with a multidimensional and versatile profile. She is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Meesho, a company that aims to democratize e-commerce for all consumers and small businesses. Asha's work involves leading and managing the payouts platform of Meesho rocketship, taking care of all kinds of payouts out of the system and the associated compliance requirements. Asha has a keen interest in programming and has secured appreciable knowledge in Data Structures and Algorithms. She has good command over Java and is familiar with enterprise technologies such as Docker, GIT, Gradle, Kubernetes, and Helm. Besides technical work interest, she has developed strong strategic marketing and advisory skills complemented by cross-cultural capabilities, having worked and lived across many places in the nation. Asha has worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, where she launched Intelligent Bots Service in 2016, which aimed to transform the future of mobile apps. Her work involved working on Kubernetes Cluster Provisioning and Monitoring of Intelligent Bots. She currently works on Dynamic Price Metering of Intelligent Bots and on enhancing the Entity Detection Model for better resolution of entities. As a Summer Intern at Trisys.in, Asha worked on multiple projects implemented with Java EE platform, which included Database Management, Front-end programming, and Stand-alone Java applications. She completed her Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, in 2016. Asha is a Senior Software Engineer with relevant experience of 6.78 years. Her tech stack includes Java, Kubernetes, Kafka, MySQL, PHP, Docker, infra, Research Scientist, NLP, Redis, Mobile, MongoDB, Microservices, AWS, Backend, Spring Boot, Spring, Redux, and Frontend. Asha is proactive in nature and enjoys taking initiatives both in personal and professional areas.
