Ashav is currently working as the Vice President of Engineering at Fijo Technologies, where he is responsible for managing Business Unit P&L, Technology Roadmap Definition, Team Development and Leadership Guidance, Cloud Architecture Definition and Review, Design Reviews, Project Planning and Management [Resourcing, Budgeting, Scheduling], Resource Management and Hiring, and People Management. Ashav has exposure to versatile work cultures/environment and dealing with different work pressures, which has enabled him to master the Software Development and Product Delivery Life cycle. He has strong communication and interpersonal skills that empower him to perform as a strong people manager.
