Ashesh Singh is a seasoned engineering leader with over two decades of industry experience leading large initiatives across the globe. He has a strategic approach towards problem-solving, enabling business features that matter, and building high performing engineering teams with a good mix of top-tier IT companies as well as some start-ups from the recent past. Ashesh is passionate about technology and people, and truly believes that a balanced set of investments on these two can go a long way in terms of creating magic at every occasion. Currently, Ashesh is the business owner of Adventure Montessori Academy, a successful preschool in Union City, California, providing early childhood education to children aged 2 through 6 years since over 30 years. He is in the process of expanding the preschool and making efforts to acquire more schools like these in time to come. Ashesh is building an Infant Center for kids aged 0 through 2 years in the same premise with many more additional capacity. He expects it to be ready to serve by the end of 2022 or early 2023. Prior to making school business his primary living, Ashesh worked as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amobee and as a Director of Engineering at Glide Health. He is well-versed with Java stack, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, Databases, Test Frameworks, and related technologies. Ashesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from IIT, where he studied from 1991 to 1995. Ashesh's relevant experience of 23.87 years, coupled with his passion for technology and people, makes him a valuable asset to any organization. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, enabling business features that matter, and driving large initiatives across the globe.
