Ashi Titoria is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Bechtel Corporation, where she works with the HR-People Operations group in the Talent Acquisition function. She is an MBA postgraduate from DTU with dual specializations in HR and Finance. Prior to joining Bechtel, Ashi worked as a content developer with NIIT Ltd. Ashi is a diligent professional with excellent planning, scheduling, and multitasking skills. She is passionate about promoting gender equality and considers herself a feminist with a belief that women belong to all places where decisions are being made. In addition to her current role at Bechtel, Ashi has also worked as a Human Resources Executive at Acelot Innovation and as an Internshala Student Partner at Internshala. Ashi's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from DTU and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University. She completed her MBA in 2021 and her BCom (Hons) in 2017. With 2.19 years of relevant experience, Ashi has developed a strong understanding of talent acquisition and HR operations.
