He drives performance management of partners through monthly/quarterly reviews to review overall business performance. He aligns with customer's business objectives, their environment, roadmap, pain points to strategize their success and manages escalation, stakeholder, and coordination between product management, support groups, and other cross-functional teams. Ashin has also assembled Yotta Innovators' Club (YIC) developed for start-ups, ISVs, and Tech platforms. He has enabled YIC on NASSCOM offer zone, which will now be consumed within the 10000-start-up community. In the past, Ashin has worked as a Regional Sales Manager GSI & MSSP Business at nxtgen infinite datacenter, where he was the strategic interface between NxtGen and key strategic GSI Partners. He also worked as a Key Account Manager at Global Cloud Xchange, where he identified, evaluated, and acquired new logos, onboarded new accounts, and generated cross-sell & up-sell opportunities. Ashin holds an MBA in Marketing from Amrita School of Business - Bangalore, an MS in Management and Business Analytics from the University at Buffalo, and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Bangalore. He has expertise in infra, product management, and integration.
