Ashirwad Tomar is a technology evangelist and design thinker in the Banking and Financial Institution Sector (BFSI) with over 4.87 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Product Manager at Viacom18, where he manages a suite of products in areas of Content Rights Management & TVR optimization. Prior to this, Ashirwad worked as a Product Manager for Open Banking at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he planned the Open Banking strategy for the bank and created implementation roadmaps. He managed the Open Banking infrastructure between API Gateway/ Development and Implementations and was responsible for managing the greenfield API lead banking channel for the Bank: Connected banking channel (CB). He also established operational, sales & adoption practices for the new channel. Ashirwad has also worked as a Marketing Intern at Yes Bank, where he proposed Yes Supply Chain Network (SME Banking) strategy to become a single value chain banker. He crafted the strategy based on RM surveys, client feedbacks, and technical product market fit analysis. Ashirwad holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute Kanpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (PGDIM) in Engineering/Industrial Management from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE). Ashirwad is skilled in product management, testing, and infra and is currently managing Open Banking for Kotak Mahindra Bank, including Connected Banking Channel and Kotak API Portal. He is a result-oriented professional with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
