Currently, Ashish is working as a Project Manager at Matraex Coretech Private Ltd, where he manages an overseas mobile app development team. He has created internal documents for on-boarding, off-boarding, job descriptions, job profiles, job models, and company communication standards and parameters. He has also developed and curated project tools for account and project management regarding efficiency, usability, and flow. Ashish has established company-wide communication protocol and procedure documentation for email and phone communications. He has created, executed, and maintains onboarding documentation, job descriptions, profiles, and models while assisting new candidate interviews. He has also established and facilitates weekly team building exercises and acts as an internal liaison between clients and development teams. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Saink School Chittorgarh, which he completed in 2004. He has a strong technical background in iOS, designer, PHP, ReactJS, React Native, Mobile, Software Engineer, and UI.
