Ashish Gaikwad is a seasoned engineer with a diverse skill set that spans Web3, SaaS, and Full Stack development. With over 6 years of relevant experience, he has delivered a range of products and solutions, including architecture designs, blockchain communication solutions, data sync solutions, and offline-first mobile apps. Ashish has a complete product development life-cycle experience and is known for his excellent communication and remote work skills. He currently works as a Sr. Tech Lead at Jur, a legal-tech company based out of Switzerland that specializes in blockchain technology. Here, he is leading the development of two SaaS apps and has designed microservices architecture for multi-tenant SaaS with region-based data storage. In addition to his technical skills, Ashish has a background in design and has worked as a full-stack designer on 7 products. He has exposure to working in cross-functional teams and has established best practices for design-tech handover, GitFlow Workflow, code reviews, and bug reporting. Ashish is also an experienced entrepreneur and has founded three ventures. He has successfully raised funds from the Government of India, crowdsourcing, and private institutes. Prior to his current role, Ashish worked as a Senior Software Engineer at SixerClass, where he was responsible for curating India's vocational education sector and making it seamless to connect talents with companies. He established the best agile practices and reduced time-to-market from a day to a few minutes. Ashish has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and has also completed his HSC and High School education from reputed institutions.
