Ashish Hari is an accomplished software product development expert with over 19 years of experience in the EDA industry. He is currently the Country Head of Real Intent India, where he leads the R&D team and oversees the development of complex software products. Ashish is passionate about building and motivating teams to deliver consistently, and he has a proven track record of developing technically proficient and motivated teams. Prior to joining Real Intent, Ashish worked as a Senior Manager at Mentor Graphics, where he led multiple R&D teams for EDA products, including Questa CDC, Questa RDC, Questa Signoff CDC, Questa Lint, and Design Checker. He was responsible for the conceptualization and development of these products, which required a deep understanding of the EDA industry and its challenges. Before joining Mentor Graphics, Ashish worked as a Project Leader at Atrenta, where he developed the Clock-Reset policy of SpyGlass. He was responsible for developing CDCs, Synchronizers, Reconvergence, and Reset deassertion policies for this product. Ashish holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from NSIT, where he studied from 1999 to 2003. He also attended DPS RK Puram from 1997 to 1999 and Delhi Public School Noida from 1995 to 1997.
