Ashish Jain is an experienced product management professional with expertise in customer-facing enterprise software, SaaS, and IT infrastructure automation. With over 11 years of relevant experience, he has a strong background in product strategy and planning, competitive research and analysis, software design and development, cloud infrastructure, systems management, server hardware, and converged infrastructure. He is currently the Head of Product at Immersa, where he is responsible for developing and executing the company's product roadmap. In his previous role as Director of Product Management at Riverbed Technology, Ashish played a key role in building the company's SaaS platform using components from AWS and Azure to accelerate enterprise applications at scale. He demonstrated his expertise in portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, data analysis, forecasting, and pricing, including perpetual, subscription, and SaaS pricing models. He also led the cloud integration, IoT strategy, user experience, workflow automation, and management software for SteelFusion, a product focused on Edge computing that enables consolidation of remote storage, server, backup, and networking infrastructure into a single appliance. Ashish is also the founder and CEO of Smartspacez, a small business that provides consultation and implementation guidance for end-to-end solutions integrating several best-of-breed commercial products, such as smart thermostats, cameras, video doorbells, presence and motion-based control, voice-activated control, and lifestyle-based customization. He successfully completed several installations at consumer homes and shifted focus to helping companies and consumers benefit from IoT growth and adoption. Ashish holds an MBA from Duke University, an MS in Computer Science from Louisiana State University, and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University. He also completed a Product Management for the Internet of Things (IoT) program from Stanford University. Ashish's interests include smart home technologies and AI/ML. He has a strong tech stack that includes product management, infrastructure, AWS, AI, ML, research scientist, Azure, and integration.
