Ashish Jhanwar is a senior software developer and cycling enthusiast with over 9 years of experience in the field. Currently, he is a Lead Member of Technical Staff at Bluestacks, where he is responsible for leading the Botlabs operations of the company. His day-to-day responsibilities include technical architecture design, infrastructure enhancements, legacy code improvements, cross-product integrations, community engagement and management, and product roadmap development. Prior to his current role, Ashish served as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Bluestacks, where he made a custom server-side rendering framework on top of NestJS with support for localization. He also fixed legacy issues in web services and created the team for Discord operations, which is now known as BotLabs. Before that, he worked as a Product Developer at Desicycle, where he started a small operation to design niche cycling accessories to make cycling commute easier in India. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Hooghly Engineering and Technology College, which he earned in 2013. He also attended Dreamland School from 1997 to 2009. With expertise in software engineering, infrastructure, and web development, Ashish is a skilled and experienced developer who is passionate about his work.
