Ashish Kashav is a dynamic Full-Stack Data Scientist with over three years of experience in the field of Data Science, Data Engineering, Machine/Deep Learning, Data Analysis, and Data Visualization. Currently working as a Data Scientist at esprit, Ashish is a versatile professional who has worked across multiple disciplines such as data science and data engineering. Ashish has served as the technical team lead for a data migration project from on-premise database to Delta Lake. He is also developing various predictive models and performing ad-hoc analysis for the business. Working with Azure/Databricks stack, Ashish is well-versed in the latest technologies and tools used in the field of Data Science. Prior to his current role, Ashish has worked as a Master Thesis Student at BASF where he worked on crop failure detection in sugarcane from UAV imagery. He has also worked as a Data Scientist at Deutsche Börse where he analyzed historical customer flow information for pattern mining and evaluation of predictive power. Ashish has a strong academic background with a Master of Science degree in Applied Data Science from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, a Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from NSIT.
