Ashish Khare is a highly experienced Director of CAD R&D Leadership with over 23 years of experience in design and development of large software systems using object-oriented technology. Ashish has hands-on experience with C/C++, XML, Multithreading, SCM using Clearcase and Perforce, Client-server communication, UML, OOAD concepts, Design patterns, hands-on experience with IBM Rational product suites and exposure to SOA. He is ITIL V3 foundation certified and has exposure to Scrum-based Agile as well as typical waterfall development methodologies. Ashish is also managing Customer Response Teams (DEV and QA) which deals with all Customer issues to provide a solution UNLESS involvement of core R&D teams is essential. He has built and managing a team to work on Creo Schematics from India, sharing responsibilities with R&D team in Israel. Ashish has a relevant experience of 21.19 years and has worked in senior managerial positions in his past companies, including PTC. He has an ME in Structural Engineering
