With over 20 years of experience in building global enterprise-grade consumer-facing software products, he has a strong track record of success in Product and Engineering leadership roles. Ashish has a deep understanding of online communication products, e-commerce, and financial domains, and is known for his strong domain knowledge in these areas. Ashish has built technology-driven products and platforms with a high focus on global scale, enterprise-grade quality, industry-standard security, high configurability & reusability, and efficiency of management. He has led geographically distributed multi-functional teams for over 14 years to build large-scale, high-impact consumer & enterprise products from concept level to reality, overcoming technological challenges through innovative solutions. Currently, Ashish is the Co-founder & CTO of insyncai, where he is responsible for the development of InSync, a conversational assistant platform that offers brands and retailers a platform to develop deep, contextual, human-like assistants that work across platforms and applications. With his expertise in NLP, ML, Context Management, Bot Engine, and Deep Search, Ashish is helping his partners provide their customers with superior customer experience and drive higher conversions. Before insyncai, Ashish was the Co-founder & CTO of shopinsync inc., where he built a product V1 (B2C) that was the foundation for the current conversational platform. He started the journey with a mission to help users make the best purchase decisions during online shopping. Ashish's big bet is on conversational commerce, which aims to bring communication and commerce together in a seamless experience to solve critical use cases. Ashish has also worked as a Senior Product Manager for Yahoo, where he led the team for building a smart ad-targeting engine based on deep user insights from their email activities and generated targetable audience of >150M users. He also built ‘Photo/Video/Audio IM’ feature for next-gen Yahoo Messenger product for supporting Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android clients. Ashish holds a degree in B.E. in Electrical from MNNIT and an EGMP from IIM. He also completed his Senior Secondary education from Adarsh Vidya Mandir, Jaipur.
