Ashish Samanta is a Senior Software Engineer at Accolite with a relevant experience of 3.20 years. He is currently working as a Backend developer in the Payments industry. Ashish has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology, where he studied from 2016 to 2020. Apart from his current role, Ashish has also been a part of ThrustMIT, a student-run rocketry team of MIT, Manipal. He started as an Avionics Head and later became a Team Lead. Ashish led a team of over 43 undergraduate students from various branches and managed team funds worth several lakhs. He developed an apogee detection algorithm and radio communication systems for the rocket. ThrustMIT is only one of two Indian teams that went to the prestigious Spaceport America Cup,2018 and successfully launched and recovered their rocket. Ashish represented India in an International Rocketry Competition (Spaceport America Cup,2018). Currently, Ashish is working as an Avionics Subsystem Member at ThrustMIT. He has a strong tech stack, including Software Engineer, Backend, Java, and C. Ashish is a skilled developer with a passion for exploring new technologies and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
