Ashish Seth is a seasoned business strategist, entrepreneur, and productologist with a wealth of experience in go-to-market strategies, product/technology management, and business development. With a successful leadership track-record in public and private companies, including NICE Systems, Oracle, KPMG Consulting, and Persistent Systems, as well as early to mid-sized startups, Ashish has a strong expertise in customer experience solutions, including contact center, CRM systems, social media, marketing automation, and collaboration tools. Ashish is also an active investor and advisor to early-stage startups, with select investments and advisory roles in companies such as Jifflenow, Alan.ai, AspiringMinds, TrustedPassage, and Loyakk. Currently, Ashish is the Vice President of Product Management at RingCentral, where he is responsible for driving product strategy and innovation for the company's cloud communication and collaboration solutions. Prior to joining RingCentral, Ashish served as the Chief Product Officer at Lifesize, a private equity-backed roll-up of acquisitions focused on video-enabled contact center, video meetings, and advanced collaboration solutions. During his tenure, Ashish defined the branding, go-to-market positioning, and product roadmap for the portfolio solutions, introduced strategic pricing, packaging, and promotions, and implemented processes and procedures to integrate acquisitions into a unified suite. He also streamlined operations to drive cost reductions while maximizing business value. Before Lifesize, Ashish was the Vice President of Product Management at NICE inContact, where he led product strategy and go-to-market activities for CXone, the first truly integrated CX platform that brings omnichannel interactions, analytics, workforce optimization, and AI in a unified suite. He also led the pricing and packaging for key market segments and built, managed, and grew revenue with key alliance partners. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune and a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso. He has a strong tech stack, including product management, AI, blockchain, and web technologies, and has relevant experience of 24.96 years.
