Ashish Singh is a seasoned software architect and open source contributor with over 10 years of relevant experience. He is proficient in a wide range of technologies, including Ruby, Elixir, Angular, React, and more. Ashish is a developer who strongly believes in the importance of code maintainability and extensibility in software development, with libraries and frameworks coming last. Currently, Ashish is the Co-Founder of aviahire, a generation 2 autonomous ATS and Rewards and Referral program software for the enterprise. Aviahire is an innovative platform that pulls in all candidate job applications from various platforms and automatically sends a short technical test to the candidates, presenting a sorted list of candidates based on their scores. The platform also tracks rewards and referrals for all employees, making the entire process transparent and leading to higher referral rates and better hiring. Prior to aviahire, Ashish worked as a Technical Lead at maxmywealth, where he developed and successfully launched an intelligent savings, payments, and investment application that provides better returns than the banks. He was also a Co-Founder at Mally. Ashish holds an Engineer’s Degree in Information Technology from Army Institute of Technology, College of Engineering, Pune, and has also studied at Army School Amritsar.
