He has built the foundation for all development and conceptualized different service offerings and solutions to customers, ensuring the delivery of services for customer contracted work. As the Global Delivery Head at Compassites, Ashok was responsible for designing and implementing frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, and reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight. He ensured best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and coding standards, instituting change when necessary and appropriate. As the Client Principal at Compassites, Ashok was responsible for understanding the customer's business, the vertical, and strategizing software-led solutions that meet the customer's business needs. He led the software solution services pursuit, developed software solutions strategies, and oversaw the delivery of complex engagements. Ashok has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from SDMCET and a Diploma in Computer Sciences from Sri Venkeswara Polytechnic. He also completed his SSLC from ABC High School and attended Atomic Energy Central School. His tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Test, and Software Engineer.
