He was responsible for organizing India's largest college sports fest, with participation from 100+ colleges and a budget of ₹50L. He recruited and led a 3-tier team of over 50 members under various positions and divisions and was responsible for proper cooperation between different cells. Ashray contacted and negotiated with 50+ vendors regarding the tenders for several essentials. He implemented the Hybrid Model of Udghosh, planning and organizing various online and offline events. Ashray initiated several E-sports and Fantasy League Tournaments with potential eyeballs of 20,000+. Ashray holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, which he is expected to complete in December 2022.
