Ashu Dubey is a co-founder and CEO of Helix, a decentralized protocol that rewards people for answering questions. He is passionate about building new stuff and has extensive experience in product management, growth, and engineering. At Helix, he leads the development of a Web3 and Crypto platform that enables companies to decentralize their developer/customer support operations by rewarding community members for answering questions. Prior to Helix, Ashu was a principal product manager in the Growth organization at LinkedIn, where he led all the user acquisition initiatives, including app installs, SEO, and logged-out experiences. He also successfully led the launch of LinkedIn events, which became the most elegant way for LinkedIn members to discover, host, and attend professional events. Before LinkedIn, Ashu was the co-founder and CTO at 12 Labs, a digital health company backed by top Silicon Valley investors. He worked on two products, Applause and BattleSteps, where he led the product and engineering teams and built recommendation engines and classifiers for healthy food. Ashu also pitched investors and helped close the seed round of financing for 12 Labs. Ashu holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, with a focus on entrepreneurship/entrepreneurial studies, and a Bachelor of Technology in electronics engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad. He has over 13 years of relevant experience in product management, Web3, senior software engineering, decentralized protocols, data science, RNN, Android, and iOS.
