Ashutosh Chandra is a seasoned engineering leader with over 14 years of experience in building and managing global engineering teams. He has a strong focus on execution, quality, delivery, team development, and customer focus. Ashutosh is passionate about technology, quality, and IT security. He is an expert in translating technical requirements into product outcomes that secure enterprise customers. Ashutosh is a strong collaborator and loves working with multiple stakeholders across R&D, support, sales, and marketing. He has experience in driving strategic initiatives across R&D and transforming teams from traditional Waterfall to Agile model. He is also experienced in setting up and expanding an IT Start-Up. Currently, Ashutosh is the Co-founder and CTO of GoLegal, where he is leading the technology/product strategy and vision, engineering, data science, and product development and delivery. GoLegal is rethinking agreements and contracts, building a social platform to do agreements & contracts live and online from anywhere, anytime. GoLegal lets you take full control of your contracting needs. Prior to GoLegal, Ashutosh worked at FireEye and VMware. At VMware, he was the Engineering Manager for the Cloud Management Business Unit, where he managed projects, projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables of the Engineering function for vRealize suite of products like vROPS, VCM, Management Packs, EPOPs plugins, CBM, vShield Network and Security for Endpoint and NSX – Identity Management. He was also responsible for the implementation of DevOps model for faster feature delivery for vRealize Suite, that reduced the test cycle from 5 weeks to 2 weeks and achieved the automation target of 90% critical test cases running in CI/CD pipeline. Ashutosh has a Diploma in Cyber Law and Cyber Forensics from the National Law School of India University, a GMITE from IIM, and an MS in Quality Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He also has an MCA in Computer Science from PTU and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Lucknow. Ashutosh's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Scientist, DevOps, test, and CI/CD. He is a SAFe Certified professional with a focus on software product management, cybersecurity, data and information security, virtualization, cloud, DevOps, customer deployment, escalation management, vendor management, mentoring
