He holds a Dual Degree in B.Tech M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Ashutosh has worked with some of the top companies in the tech industry, including Flipkart and PayPal. At PayPal, he worked as a Software Engineer 2 and was responsible for leading and executing all phases of the Pay with Venmo Integration for Billing Payment Products. He enabled Venmo as a payment method for US Venmo buyers on LEs like Netflix, eBay, and Twitch. Ashutosh also developed a full-stack self-service tool in Node-Java for complete visibility over 5 million Billing transactions per day. He provided insights about missing payments, decline reasons, etc. by reducing manual effort and increasing engineering productivity for issue resolution. He also implemented a new Instrumentation pipeline for all the Billing Product config details to capture all live scenarios. Ashutosh was the winner of the PayPal Global Merchant Hackathon 2019.
