Ashutosh Singh is a seasoned operations expert with over 15 years of cross-functional experience in operations across various industries such as education, healthcare, business excellence, and IT/ITES. He is currently the Head of Operations at i.t.s - the education group, where he leads the entire operations of the group across multiple locations in Delhi NCR. His role involves business transformation through process optimization and technology assimilation, and he has deployed cloud-based ERP, BI tools such as Tableau and Zoho Analytics, chatbots, IVRs, and other innovative technologies to achieve his goals. Ashutosh is a gold medalist from BIT Mesra and has completed his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the esteemed Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an RPA and innovation expert. He has experience working with Zoho Analytics, Tableau, and bots. Additionally, he is a part of the esteemed IIM Calcutta PGPEX Selection Panel. In his previous roles, Ashutosh has worked for top companies such as Accenture and HCL. At Accenture, he was an Associate Manager and was responsible for business excellence, process consulting, and Lean methods. He also drove client innovation and value creation and achieved high P&L, BS, working capital, and compliance targets for multiple clients. At HCL, he worked as a Project Leader for clients such as EBAY and Timberland, where he launched marketplace stores and headed ERP enhancements. He was also responsible for project quality and CMMI audits. Ashutosh's education background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Mesra and an HSE from St. Joseph's School, Rihandnagar. He has relevant experience of 16.53 years and is proficient in AI.
