Ashutosh Soni is a Consultant at ZS, a global leader in management consulting with expertise in the healthcare and pharmaceutical vertical. He has over 7 years of relevant experience in the field and is highly skilled in Python, AI, Data Warehouse, Data Scientist, ML, Research Scientist, Frontend, SQL, AWS, Big Data, MySQL, NoSQL, and ETL. Ashutosh is known for his ability to understand all workstreams to have a 360-degree view, providing simple and quality solutions for complex requirements and problem statements within stipulated time frames by innovation. He is a great mentor and guide, encouraging team members to take up and own tasks and opportunities while ensuring timely delivery of results. Ashutosh takes frequent onboarding training for new joiners in ZS to bring them up to speed. Ashutosh has experience working with teams of varied diversity in terms of size, geography, and structure. He strongly believes in team management as an asset towards collective and mutual excellence. Currently, Ashutosh is leading the Asset Development workstream at ZS, where he is leading a team of data scientists, data engineers, frontend, and API developers to co-design the solution with a pilot client and develop AI/ML-based opinion leader intelligence product. This product is now being successfully used by multiple pharmaceutical organizations to identify influencers/KOLs with tactical details for effective targeting. He is also leading the DW-BI workstream, where he has designed and led the team for implementation of end-to-end enterprise data warehouse, commercial reporting, analytical, data governance solution on retail, non-retail, patient, call activity data for a pharmaceutical client. Ashutosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology. He completed his 12th from M.P. Board and his schooling from St. Pius Hr. Sec. School.
